These Loaded Burger Bowls are packed with seasoned ground beef, crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, pickles, cheddar cheese, onions, and a creamy homemade burger sauce.

Ingredients
  

Burger Meat
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
Bowls
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 avocado sliced (optional)
  • 8 slices cooked bacon crumbled
Burger Sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Step 1: Cook the Beef
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 2: Make the Burger Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
Step 3: Assemble the Bowls
  1. Divide the lettuce among four bowls.
  2. Top with ground beef, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, red onion, pickles, avocado, and bacon.
Step 4: Add Sauce
  1. Drizzle each bowl generously with burger sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ground turkey for a lighter version.
  • Add sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • Make it spicy with sliced jalapeños.
